ADELA HALE

Adela was born and raised in Costa Rica, bringing with her a 16+ year long-standing career in Live Entertainment Production and a new fresh perspective to the industry of Corporate Events. Adela has produced major events and Tours Worldwide for International Artist such as Pitbull, Ricky Martin, Katy Perry, Sheryl Crow and others, shortly after becoming production lead (Executive Producer) in Award shows such as Latin Grammy’s, Latin Billboards and IHeart Radio Festival (Fiesta Latina), she has co-produced Festivals and Artist Residencies in Las Vegas (Pitbull “Time of our Lives” Las Vegas residency, Ricky Martin “All in” Las Vegas residency, she has produced Live shows for NBC Universal (TheVoice season 12 – Final live shows) among other in the entertainment industry.

She understands the quality of customer support, level of teamwork, and operational strategy that is required to service the most demanding and complex clients and Talent. Bringing the wow factor is always a goal. Adela is always committed to making sure her client's visions and ideas are truly materialized. Adela holds a master's degree in Fine Arts and Public Relations specializing in Intl. Communications from Pepperdine University and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Her native language is Spanish; however, she is fluent in 4 languages. Some of her accolades to date in the industry include; being one of the first Hispanic producers to contribute on a Superbowl halftime show in 2017; She was awarded 2016 Best Latin Female Producer by the Imagen Foundation at Imagen Awards, First Female to produce back to back sold out shows at Madison Square Garden Arena which secured her a spot on the Madison Square Garden Arena recognition wall, she has produced two PGA Tour Events in Latin America, she was honored by the Producer’s Guild of America “PGA” in 2017 for her work and contribution representing and leading the efforts to promote equality and bringing more resources to the Latin Community in the production industry “and more recently, she was the recipient of a 2023 EVENTEX Gold award for Best Exhibition experience for “Encore’s Break Free Experience” at IMEX America” 2023-2024.

Some of her most recent work includes Large Conferences and Live Events for Fortune 1000 companies such as Forbes, Hilton, Marriot, Cvent, UKG, HCA Healthcare, Amazon, SalesForce, F1(Formula 1) and NFL to name a few.

Fierce advocate for equal opportunities for Women, Minorities and the Latin Community, she continues to break barriers and glass ceilings in the Entertainment and Production industry.
